Our Estimate Process

Corey Walker Flooring provides a detailed estimate with square footage, materials list, scope of work, time frame and labor cost. Estimates are labor only unless otherwise discussed and marked. If materials are being provided, payment for materials is required upon delivery or before we can make them a part of your project.

If you know your square footage and would like a "Ball Park" number feel free to call, text, or e-mail us with your numbers and scope of work. If you would like to schedule an in person estimate at your home just contact us and we can set it up. We provide a typed estimate with materials list for flooring (actual square footage and with waste square footage), trim and transitions.
